The Tenuta Caradonna extra virgin olive oil is made from olives of the Cellina and Ogliarola varieties, plus other minor breeds of local olives, all picked when ripe, and grown in the Salento region. This extra virgin olive oil is characterized by a typical golden colour, with green shades, and by the soft, fruity scent of ripe olives. It is especially suitable to be eaten crude, on salads and vegetable soups, legumes, on fish and roasted meat.
‘Cosal', the local olive oil producers association, guarantees the quality of the growing methods, as well of the processing, bottling and distribution stages of this excellent extra virgin olive oil. |
